Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with REVE Systems Limited on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at BUBT permanent campus, Rupnagar, Dhaka.
Prof. Dr. Md. Fayyaz Khan, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, BUBT and Mr. Ajmat Iqbal, Group Director and CEO of REVE Systems Limited signed on the paper for their respective organizations. Prof. Md. Abu Saleh, Advisor and Member, BUBT Trust, Prof. Dr. Syed Masud Husain, Dean, Faculty of Business, Dr. Kamruddin Md. Nur, Chairman, CSE, Dr. M. Firoz Mridha, Associate Prof. CSE, Md. Saifur Rahman, Assistant Prof. CSE, Mr. Md. Asadullah Uzzal, AGM, Enterprise Sales, REVE Systems Ltd. were present during the signing ceremony.
The MoU focused on developing human resource, establishing a Natural Language Processing Lab and other joint academic-industrial collaborations. The REVE Systems Ltd, a multinational tech company, will provide 40 computers to set up the lab and Taka 10 lakh to boost up research activities at BUBT.
