The students of both Day & Evening Programs of Bangladesh University of Business & Technology (BUBT) are hereby informed that the Supplementary Final Examination of Fall Semester, 2018-19 shall start from February 12, 2019.

The Students who could not appear at the Final Examination of Fall Semester, 2018-19 in any course/courses due to valid grounds only and who will apply to the undersigned on or before 05/02/2019 will be allowed to appear at the Supplementary Final Examination of Fall Semester, 2018-19.

The Routine of Supplementary Final Examination will be notified at a later date.

BUBT Language Lab

Admission Going On

This is for the information of BUBT students of all departments (Both Day & Evening) that BUBT Language Lab is going to start the academic program for the development of proficiency in English. Classes will be held on four skills of English Language: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing in the newly established BUBT Language Lab, a joint venture of BUBT and the World Bank under HEQEP Project. ONLY CURRENT BUBT STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ADMISSION. Successful students will be awarded certificates after completing the course.

Course Duration     : 4 Months

Class Schedule         : From 4:30pm to 6:00pm on five days ( Saturday—Wednesday)

Course Fee               : TK. 5,000/- (Five Thousand Taka Only) Payable at admission time.

Class Structure       : Only 20 Students (to be admitted on first come first served basis)

Admission                 : February 02-15, 2019

Program Starts       : February 16, 2019

The students of both Day & Evening Programs are hereby informed that the Admit Cards of the Final Examination of Fall Semester, 2018-19 will be distributed among the examinees through BUBT Annex from January 13, 2019.  The students who will pay all the dues upto the current Fall Semester, 2018-19 and who will have required number of percentage of attendance in the classes will get their Admit Cards through BUBT Annex.

If there is any discrepancy in case of percentage of attendance they are advised to contact the Course Teacher at once.

The students are also hereby informed that Admit Cards will not be distributed to the students in the Classrooms.

No student will be allowed to enter into the examination hall without Admit Card.

Controller of Examinations

The Final Examination of Fall Semester, 2018-19 shall start from January 19, 2019. The Students shall abide by the following rules in the Examination Halls:

1. The students shall enter into the examination Halls with the Admit Cards and ID Cards only. They will not possess any other written or printed paper with them in the Examination Halls.
2. No one shall enter into the Examination Hall with Mobile Phone.
3. The students must enter into the Examination Halls 10 (ten) minutes ahead of the start of the examination and will sit in their allocated seats.
4. Any student found adopting any sort of unfairmeans in the Examination Hall shall be expelled from the Hall/University and all of his courses of the semester will be cancelled.
5. Students shall not be allowed to leave the Examination Halls for washroom before one hour is passed from the start of the Examination and must come back within 5 (five) minutes.
6. No student will leave the Examination Hall before collection of the Answer Scripts from all the students at the end of the examination.
