Mr. Ariful Islam, Assistant Professor and Acting Chairman, presented a research paper as First Author at the 1st Bangladesh University National Law Conference 2025. Co-authored with Dr. Md. Milan Hossain, Professor, Department of Law and Justice, the paper is titled:
“Doctrine of Necessity and the Legitimacy of the Interim Government of Bangladesh: A Comparative Study of the Judgments of the Apex Courts of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.”
Among 217 submissions, this work received the Best Paper Award for its academic rigor and contemporary relevance, praised by the Session Chair and Panelists.
