Best Presenter Award

Abdullah Al Fahim, a student of LL.M. Intake 48, has been awarded the Best Presenter at the 1st Bangladesh University National Law Conference.

His paper, “Beyond the Veil of Personhood: Reassessing the Legal Strategy for Bangladesh’s Enduringly Dying Rivers,” examined the institutional, political, and fiscal constraints affecting the National River Conservation Commission (NRCC) and assessed the implementation of seventeen key directives from the landmark Turag River case.

His dedication and intellectual rigor reflect the academic vision of BUBT and inspire fellow students to pursue impactful research.
