History of the Department Department of Management

Management is the process of getting works done by others. The main tenet of this process is the effective and efficient use of limited resources. Department of Management at BUBT started its journey along with other departments of the university in 2003. This department is operating its programs under the Faculty of Business. The department is offering BBA program, major in HRM, in undergraduate level and MBA program, with major in HRM in the graduate level from the very inception of the university. Mr. Md. Johirul Islam, Assistant Professor, is now the Chairman (Acting) of the department.
